Interview is something that most of the people get nervous at this time.Well...for freshers there are some predefined process for selection like written,group discussion,technical interview, hr interview,etc..etc.but for experienced it depends upon interview only.Lets talk about experience candidates interview i think interview level also differs company to company.Some companies take tough interview and multiple rounds,some take one or two rounds with decent interview level.
I have seen that it depends upon requirement if requirement is more than the interview level will become easy & service based companies has generally more requirement comparatively product based companies.I have taken interviews in service based companies and found companies like Capgemini,Cognizant,Accenture & other similar service based companies has easy interview process in which i personally feel Capgemini is easiest to crack !!.Product based companies has tough interview rounds.
Small companies which are not MNCs are also has easy interview process.But work is more in small software companies.But prepare well and then only try for interview.
